2. WALKTHROUGH
==============

If you just want a simple hint guide and find out the path to
the best ending on your own, G-collections own "walkthrough"
at http://www.g-collections.com/soft/03kana/walkthrough.htm
will be enough.

Note that Kana uses "hidden counters" of intellectual points
and energetic points to determine which ending you can get.
You might be able to get the endings without following my
exact path. For more information on this system check
the walkthrough link about.

Intellect points are obtained with choices that make Kana 
smarter like giving her books or teaching her to accept 
death. Energetic points are obtained with choices that
normal females her age would like (Giving her comic books 
or dolls).

If you want a hint on how to get the first ending, remember 
that the theme of Kana is living life to your fullest and 
do things that a normal girl her age would do.

V1.1 update: I have heard reports that you must unlock some 
other endings before you can get the best ending. I have
unlocked Ending 2 and 3 before getting Ending 1, so if you
can't seem to get it, try unlocking those 2 endings first.

SIDESTORY
=========

You unlock this one after you finish Ending 5 or 6, Just start
a new game and choose "I had a little sister". If you wanted 
to start a normal game, choose "I have a little sister".
This is basically an epilogue of sorts to Ending 6.

Did ya know?

- There is an unused CG in the opening of Kana being soaked
in the rain, hmm, that clothes seems to be a bit too big for
her, I wonder who it belongs to? :p

- Kana ~Imouto~ uses CD DA format for their music, feel free 
to use the CD as a music cd! (Especially since the music is
quite good)

- Sumako and Cana are minor characters in the "Normal" path
(if you follow the steps for my "best ending" walkthrough,
you won't even meet them), they are major characters in the
"Intellectual" path though.

Q&A

Q. Where can I get this game?

A. G-collections at www.g-collections.com, check out their
other games while you're at it.

Q. Why should I get this game?

A. It has the best storyline of English h-games so far, don't
let the theme of incest put you off, there isn't that much.

Q. Hey, some of the CGs are pixellated!!

A. That's mosaics, a form of censorship used in Japan, there's
a patch on G-collections website if you don't like it, but I
think you should play without it just to feel how the Japanese
people play their games like.

Q. Help! I can't hear any music!

A. Well, if you have 2 or more cd drives, Kana must be in the
primary cd drive for the music. If that doesn't work, I can't
help you, e-mail G-collections or something.

Q. Is there any merchandise for this game?

A. Yes, Amazon (www.amazon.com) is selling a soundtrack entitled
Kana Imouto Special Sound Album [IMPORT]. Apparently it has image
songs for the characters. It's listed under Popular Music for
some reason but you should consider picking it up if you're a
fan of this game.

Q. Is there any console ports like Kanon/Air/Etc?

A. There is a planned Xbox port for Kana, with the usual console
port stuff. You can find info at this website.

Removed H content, added voices and animation, the usual. Ho hum. 
Well actually the graphics seems to be a great improvement from 
the original but that's just me. Expect to see this port in
English when Heck freezes over and pigs start flying though.
